I learned a lot through the HIMMCOMM organization. HIMMCOMM was my very first community in university. "Himpunan Mahasiswa Komunikasi", from that we know this a community among communication student, either from Malang or Jakarta. My knowledge has increased, especially as an events division. In this division I do many things, from choosing topics, themes, designs, jargon, and all the needs for the event to run well. I also feel the benefits of joining this association. I can met new people and increasing my connections. I also get news information from the events held. Succeeding in becoming the best division in the first program I got was a good thing.

Besides being interested in social media and content creation, I am also interested in music. I joined BAND community at Binus@Malang since my first year of college. Initially I became an activist, and after that I was entrusted to be a publicist in the management. Some project we handle are EXPO, member audition, welcoming party, jamming, and basic member leadership training. I trained my leadership, activeness, and teamwork here.

Production
A little different from other student activity units, at Sunib Production I learned a lot about reporting like a worker behind the news scenes. I learned how switcher, prompter, MCR director, and floor director works. I also know how behind the scenes from the news we watch through the screen. We learn how to work as a team, communicate effectively, create interest, current and trustworthy news content. The pressure of work in each position is different. This is the difference between this and the other organizations, because we accustomed to following the working atmosphere in the actual workplace.

Being a youth organizer in a church is a challenge in itself. Making the event as interesting as possible and giving your best is a must. There are no guidelines given, but we wants to always give their best to produce a good, mutually constructive event and community. I have the opportunity to manage social media in this spiritual community. Becoming a PR is not an easy thing. We must be able to invite existing youth to join together and worship together.
